Privacy policy

sangrep (“we”, “us”) provides a structure-aware document review platform, currently in private beta. This policy covers the sangrep.com website, the waitlist, and the beta product. Questions go to privacy@sangrep.com.

Waitlist: the email address you submit, plus any answers you choose to give in the follow-up interest form. Waitlist responses are stored with Google Forms.

Beta product: your account details and the documents you upload. Documents are used to parse your packages and answer your questions, nothing else.

Website: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) kept for security and reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train models, ours or anyone else's. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers below, and only as needed to run the product.

The beta runs on cloud infrastructure and sends scoped document excerpts to the AI model providers you select (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) solely to answer your questions, under agreements that prohibit training on your data. The waitlist uses Google Forms.

The website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. The beta product uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it to operate the service, and processing steps are logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we'll notify you as required by law.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

sangrep is a professional tool, not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Waitlist data is kept until the beta ends or you ask us to remove it. Beta documents can be deleted from your workspace at any time; audit records of processing steps are retained as described in the product. Email privacy@sangrep.com to request deletion of anything we hold about you.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor them.

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update this page and note the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
